• What do I do if my products arrive broken?

We are sincerely sorry to hear your package was damaged upon arrival! Our team makes every effort to ensure your products are carefully packaged and protected. However, these events can happen on occasion during transit. In these instances, we will gladly re-ship you brand new replacement products ASAP. We ask that you email us at hello@saintmorgan.com and attach a photo of your broken product(s) as well as a copy of the shipping confirmation (sent to your email), and we will take care of the rest. 

• Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?

Yes, we can ship the package directly to the gift's recipient, with a short message if desired. Please indicate that the order is a gift and input the recipient's s address under the shipping details at checkout.

• Where do you ship from?

All Saint Morgan products are produced and shipped from Houston, TX. In stock orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and are typically shipped out from our studio within 1-5 business days. Once the order has been sent out, a shipping confirmation email will be sent.

• Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our products can be shipped internationally. If shipping seems high, please contact us and we'll do our best to get you the best rate we can find. Please note that you are responsible for customs fees applied by any particular country, as they are not included in the shipping fee.

• Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping. We can guarantee we will get the package out on time, but once the order has shipped, the courier service is responsible for the package(s) ETA and tracking.

You can find an ingredient list on every product label. Our website also provides ingredient lists, usage, and other details on each prodct page.

• What ingredients are used in Saint Morgan candles?

Our candles are based on a blend of soy and paraffin wax, for ideal scent throw and extended candle life. They are set in glass tumblers with reinforced cotton wicks, for a clean burn. Our fragrances are created using premium grade fragrance oils derived from essential oils.

• Do you have any tips for a longer lasting candle?

The most imperative tip for a clean, fragrant burn and prolonged candle life is to trim the wicks. Trim your wicks to 1/4" before each use for optimal performance & longevity. For more on candle use & maintenance, checkout our Candle Care Tips.

• Do your products contain 100% essential oils?

Essential oils are fantastic and can be used in a variety of ways. However, because of their low flashpoint and increased chance of causing irritation, we do not use straight essential oils in our products.

• Can I re-purpose the candle's vessel?

Of course! We encourage you to find a new purpose for the glass itself once your candle wax appears to be ½” from the bottom. Remove the remaining wax and wicks, wash thoroughly with warm water and soap, and allow it to air dry.

Suggested uses:

1. Cocktail or beverage glass

2. Pot for succulents

3. Vase for flowers

4. Holder for makeup brushes, office supplies, or other items.

• How should I store my Saint Morgan products?

For optimum shelf life, your products should be stored in a dry, cool place, avoiding direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high levels of humidity.
