Free Shipping on Orders $50+

In stock orders are processed Monday-Friday, and typically ship out within 1-5 business days, excluding holidays.

During periods of high volume orders, such as holidays, it may take us longer to process orders. If there are any issues or delays, our team will contact you immediately! Delivery times do vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option. If you need an order rushed, contact us directly or select an expedited shipping option.

Once the order has been sent out, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you.

Please note that delivery & courier services are doing their best to ensure packages are delivered on time. However, many are experiencing delays and above-average package volume. Our processing times do not account for the time the package is in transit. Once the package has been shipped, the courier company is responsible for tracking and delivery details. Please keep in mind we do not have control over it once it has left our studio.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We understand the uncertainty that comes with purchasing products online, especially when it comes to fragrances. If the fragrance you chose for your product was not what you were expecting, you have the ability to exchange your current product for a different scent within 7 days after it has been delivered. Additionally, if your product arrives damaged or broken, please email us with your shipping confirmation and a photo of the product within 7 days after delivery and we will replace, exchange, or refund the product immediately.
